• If you decide not to keep the item, you can return it immediately and only pay the delivery fee.

• If the courier leaves, returns are no longer accepted.
• We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are available.

• Exchanges can be made within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
